      Relatively well paid for early career graduates. Free Lunch big bonus, no need to decide what to eat for lunch. Good Benefits. Good work life balance. Great place to learn and start your career

      Salary Progression is very slow after the first 2 years Company events are a rare occurrence

      Good benefits higher qualified work force

      Cons

      BP has decided to embark on a new direction in renewables. This will result in many existing technical roles becoming redundant. It is also admirable that they want to increase the diversity of the work force but they are now pushing the agenda so hard that internal roles are filled by quota to meet diversity targets rather than based on merit. If you are a white male avoid.
