      Pros

      The vice president did have the workers back but she has also been left no option but to leave, if you have other opportunities take them.

      Cons

      There are no benefits and the work is extremely under paid The owner works from china and visits every so often negative morale open ended promises that never get fulfilled with the working conditions

      Pros

      I love working at this place. Hours are great and the co workers are awesome and like family. Joey is a great leader and always willing to solve any problems to make the company run smoothly and not afraid to get his hands dirty if need be. We all have a lot of fun here.

      No way to move up and the dust. Lol

      growing company with benefits. room to grow and move up in the company.

      as with all fast growing companies procedures change constantly. hard to keep up sometimes with the growth.
