Pros

- a few very skilled programmers - relocation package - international team, mostly from Spain - lovely location if you like the sun and don't like cold winter

Cons

- crappy office (it might not be actual as they relocated) - no training budget - boring tickets (tasks), very little impact and often 2 weeks long sign off process - online gambling actually works but gambling addictions can lead to serious effects. What they do has nothing to do with sport.

Pros

Very friendly people generally, very few undesirables Rarely get bothered once leave the office appetite to promote from within can mean when starting out can progress quickly

Cons

Nepotism if off the charts, promote unsuitable people based on length of time they’ve been there which leads to problems within departments to understand what’s required Prone to stretching teams until they break before hiring more headcount Benefits been reduced to basically nothing if you’re below management level, definitely dont try and WFH, they go bezerk Would recommend to anyone early in their career, great chances to learn from friendly colleagues. Learn, then get out to somewhere more supportive and keen for higher levels to progress.
