Working hours are generally very good - most employees do not work long hours, pay is also generally good for senior management. The environment is very stable - a long standing management team and very predictable work flows
Cons
Generally a poor culture at senior and executive level with no desire for improvement to antiquated systems and acquired structures. The group has high potential but not the leadership to unlock it. If you are from a very commercial background - fast moving and dynamic this business is probably not for you.
