      Bahria University has a highly formalized structure/communication and is a good employer. Offer lesser-market average salary with annual increment 15%-25% (Gross Salary) and 01 month Gross Salary reimbursement also (in lieu of Earned Leaves). Other benefits include Job Security, No Toxic environment, Family Health Coverage, Monday-Friday (8:30-4:30) working hours, no work pressure. Offers (Good Monetary) Research Honorarium to Faculty & Officers.

      Highly Bureaucratic organized not adaptable to/nurturing excellence/contributing to the societal challenges directly. Not a rewarding employer for those who *aspire to excel* in career and/or create an huge impactful contribution to the society.

      I taught at Management Sciences department. It was a good experience.

      Salary is very low and there no seating/work place for visiting faculty.
