      Nice salary, anything you ask for your work duties they help you to get it.

      Cons

      No legal benefits at all, you must search for private health insurance and other stuffs

      Good place to work and salary; slow hiring process

      Pros

      - Salary in dollars - Send all equipment to start working: laptop, headsets, mouse, keyboard. - Logging hours in its time tracker system is not tedious

      Cons

      - Slow and aggressive hiring process - When in an out-sourcing project, management only limit themselves to ask you how it is going, they are neither involved in the whole process nor know how is the work with the customer, it is like any other freelance company, which act as an intermediary.
