The best day you have is the day you leave.

Cons

No support to middle management. You work 24/7 365. Business is ran so lean if you have any type of sick call or personnel issue there is no one to cover the work. Goals are unrealistic from sales quota to operational efficiency KPI’s. I know what you are thinking, you need a job and this doesn’t sound that bad but this will be the worst job of your life.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. BakeMark is the most corrupt company I’ve ever encountered in my 30 years of supply chain experience.

The only pro I can think of is that the people that are doing the same job as you understand how awful the company is too so you bond over that.

Cons

Leadership is virtually nonexistent. The executive leadership has a mentality of making money at all cost, which drives a bad culture, bad attitudes, fear and bad business practices. Be willing to work overtime no matter what your compensation is. The expectation is that you will work more than your share and not be compensated for it. I hate to see anyone go through the stress, aggravation and toxicity that is rampant at this company.
