    - good at diversity and inclusion - good pension scheme - honest relationships with clients - technically brilliant, smart people - genuine on energy transition

    Cons

    - poor at rewarding - poor on pay equality - poor a managing change and restructuring, lack of clear vision or direction from the top - dominated by dominance personality types, legacy problem, tend to exploit the good nature of non- dominate personality types while recognising their value (a conundrum) - lack of competent and cohesive training schemes for legacy personnel - matrix organisation that poorly facilitates or drives horizontal networking, but is improving

    Some training available. Good benefits. Very nice and supportive team.

    Highly hierarchical. Under resourced teams make for overworked employees and late projects. Rounds of redundancies as soon as the market shakes a bit.

    Pros

    You can earn a lot of money, after your breakout; that means up to 5000GBP each job (you can have two or three jobs per month)

    Cons

    No respect for people, managers don't care about your development but only to send you to jobs; ASPIRE program was deleted and they didn't tell us. Our department (Wireline) fired 80% of the engineers.
