    Pros

    Great people, great technology,

    Cons

Senior Leadership are too focused on the short term project rather than the long term strategy. Never seen a group like it with regards to blaming each other and trying to drive blame down....all about self preservation. Company culture talked about alot....HR think they understand what is needed but have not got a scoobi

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Baker Hughes full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Benefits are comprehensive Flexible Working is local negotiation Opportunities or Often Soft Skills Training is Vast

    Cons

Culture can be intense and disrespectful Work-Life Balance is an afterthought Leadership can be rudderless Training is lacking on Job Skills

    Advice to Management

Need to Stop Management by Guilt - personalising delays to projects as employees do not want to work more than they are is toxic Committ to look after Employees - review the work loads, take responsibility for the over committment of the business Clarify the priorities from Top to Bottom - currently disjointed or clarifications pushed back to sites to decide Training needs to do more on the job skill not soft... skills

    Pros

Good package of benefits. Nice work environment.

    Cons

New IT systems generally do not work fine. There's lot of resistance from more experienced employees on implementing changes.

    Advice to Management

Please allow enough time for new implementations to fully take place. Change management needs to be stricter. Please invest on your employees though training.
