    Positive Outlook

I worked at Baker Tilly International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Promote development and growth to potential employees in term of personal and professional. Encourage staff to pursue for professional advancement i.e. getting professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA and secondment to affiliate office in other countries.

    Cons

Employee benefits such as overtime paid or time off are not available. Work life balance hard to achieve, thus do 'balance up' in term of benefits.

    Advice to Management

Do consider on the office space since the number of employees are building up.
