    Working with people about the same age. Some teams have many social events and more welcoming.

    You do not get to choose who you work with so it really depends on your luck which group you got into. Long working hours with no appreciation from manager.

    -Is a full member of international brand
    -Large client base

    Cons

    -Bring your own laptop (compulsory)
    -Ratio of qualified staff (excluding trainees/internees for graduates, ACCA & CA) to unqualified staff is quite low.
    -Poor salary/remuneration by industry standards.
    -No in-house training or knowledge upgradation.
    -Hectic and unplanned work schedule

    Advice to Management

    -There are many areas to improve to make it a good working place. At least try to maintain industry standards at your national level in terms of employment benefit and client management.
