    I worked at Baker Tilly International as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1) The partners, managers, and all levels of associate were very friendly, rational and supportive.

    2) Practiced great team dynamic among themselves; its core competency.

    3) Definitely a place that offers a fast learning development progress to all its employees;

    4) Immediate coaching by managers that posses a diverse set of experience and knowledge in assurance services; the firm has the most patient and tolerance manager I have ever met, great leadership.

    Also,
    + FOC car parks at Bangsar South too. =)

    Cons

    Common cons that are still bearable

    No OT paid, minor politic issue( not big deal), still lack of encouragement in terms of words and actions at workplace, heavy workload.

    Advice to Management

    say no to commercial working environment E,g,working desks and chairs.

    Neutral Outlook

    I worked at Baker Tilly International as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    No pressure, the hierarchy is not of great importance, tasks are rather individual

    Cons

    As a trainee, I felt a bit neglected - what I mean is the fact that I had to ask whether there are some tasks for me. The company seemed not to be prepared for offering internships to students.
