    Pros

    Very friendly staff and working environment.

    Cons

    Furlough scheme isn’t the best, but still manageable.

    I have been working at Balfour Beatty full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great work environment and I enjoy coming to work. I started in August this year and have received lots of opportunities to get help from the emerging talent team.

    Cons

    Due to recent shifts in management of apprentices my line manager was not informed of my arrival nor how to correctly induct me. My induction was non existent and learned all the basic H&S from other work colleagues. Management training i feel needs to improve

    Good people/work environment. Company car scheme is a bonus.

    Cons

    Travel- often expected to live away from home. Unflattering salary with Masters degree entry, although can be accepted with Bachelors.

    good work environment and excellent management good work culture and decent pay for what you do long contracts so thats a plus

    hard to get on the books but thats the same for all self employed folk poor structure to training

    Good work environment and cares about core values. Easy going management who are always eager to help and are very approachable

    Cons

    Personal development can easily become stagnated and training opportunities for entry level employees are at a minimum. Competency training could be more readily available
