Pros
We have a very fun and welcoming team at Ball Systems! We also have a great customer base that allows us to work on exciting projects. The hours are good (standard 8am-5pm).

Pros
I've really enjoyed my time working at Ball Systems. The employees here feel like one big family, and I'm always doing new and exciting projects that keep things interesting. Project engineers and management seem to value my opinions, and I'm always recognized for my accomplishments. My favorite part of this job is how I'm always doing something different every day, and I'm rarely doing the same thing over multiple days. One day you could be building huge high-voltage cables, and the next you could be soldering some tiny cables or circuit boards.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve to figure out how projects are handled, and due to the wide variance in what they do as a company, there will be a lot of things that you may need to ask for help with. However, all the employees are always more than happy to help you out if you ask. New employees are paired up with an experienced employee to shadow and learn from as they work. There has also been a big emphasis on improving the training materials for new employees since I've started.
