    Pros

Company has strong ethos and values they are not just platitudes. Great knowledgeable work force with strength across the board.

    Cons

Lots of strong individuals, means competition and company knowing it has coverage. Decisions on individuals are hard to rationalise and personal relationships with managers are very important to progress.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Generally good people to work with. Although outdated projects and tech stack. With in 6 months or so you feel you have to up skill!.

    Cons

Some projects are worse than the others, a provisioning tool team is total test based approach before development, due to some tester becoming a product owner. Wrong people in the right place!.

I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

Friendly and stable, competitive pay that is less volatile than peers. Huge balance sheet with enormous consumer bank is a competitive advantage.

    Cons

Employees less driven than more agressive shops. Years of underinvestment in technology which evolves at a snails pace and with little consistent direction or vision. There is seldom any progress without months of incessant chasing.
