    Pros

Friendly work environment, flexible management usually meant that you could request days off and receive them. Friendly training and hands-on.

I worked at Bannatyne Group part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great colleagues, friendly members. Good reception team

    Cons

Managment is horrible, staff is being manipulated and treated disrespectful. No investment in staff. Members are treated like garbage as well. It is required of staff to do jobs that are not paid for or qualified to do. Under staffed.

I have been working at Bannatyne Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working for bannatynes has given me so many opportunities to further my skills by giving me training in all areas of spa therapy. I work with a wonderful team and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The management team are really supporting and accommodating with shifts and with treatments. I really enjoy my job and would definitely recommend it at bannatyne.

    Cons

Although I love my job sometimes it can be physically and mentally tiring as there are many treatments throughout the day. There are lots of terms and conditions in regards to commision, and sometimes you may not receive it if you have sickness.
