Very old fashioned with internal processes and systems.
Great to read that you are able to participate in our flexible working opportunities. We really believe they support our colleagues to be their best at work and home. I am not sure what you specifically mean by "old fashioned" but I would encourage you to make suggestions fro change and although they may not be able to be implemented immediately they can feed into other change initiatives. The more ideas.......the better.
