Pros
- lots of career opertunties -fantastic people -open and honest culture -invited to be yourself and not a false corporate drone -strong LBGT values and creating diversity -directors are approachable -big supporters of mental health and I've had first had experience of this and always being made to feel like it's me first and business second -low turn over of staff -pension, private health, bonuses
Cons
-when moving role your forced to stay in role 12 months which can be negative on the employee and the business if roles turn out not to be right -priorities change fast which can result in work and projects being scrapped, it would be nice for input to be acknowledged -retail roles involve working longer than contracted hours but the team culture makes up for it
