Great company to have on you CV Great pay and overtime pay bearing in mind this was only because I was a contractor Develop great interpersonal skills
Cons
Personal bankers try to belittle essential bankers Management sometimes were not very understanding and helpful when dealing with difficult customers. Training needs to be improved

Pros
I thought Barclays was a great company to work for. Great people, great career progress and opportunities. You get lots of support should you need it for whatever reason. The area I worked in really did have a community culture attached to it and it was fun. Great rewards and and fantastic benefits package. I loved my time there!
Cons
Nothing stays the same for very long! You do sometimes get moved around to suit the business needs which might not suit you. I wasn't bothered by this though-it's nice to move around and meet new people!
