Good work life balance and some good people who have the desire to innovate. Some good opportunities if you're lucky enough to get into the right area.

Very challenging culture as a result of incompetent leadership who are focused on self serving politics and empire building; constant leadership churn results in the inability to execute effectively,

Has a very high proportion of bright people, probably the best I have worked with. Office is in a great location.

Cons

The bank spends an inordinate amount of money in developing 'features' which it thinks are innovative and that a major bank needs to do. There is no financial discipline behind these developments. This is incredibly disheartening. The company actively promotes challenge, which seems to be interpreted by people as 'put obstacles in everyone's way'. Incredibly frustrating

Good medical cover, competitive remuneration, good work life balance,good credit facilities for its staff, proper on job training and good retirement contributions for its employees.

Cons

Victimisation at workplace by senior colleagues, unfair hearing at disciplinary and grievance committee, dismissal from work for petty issues with no second chance for first time offences.
