      Cons

Changes in senior management has trickled down to middle management, only interested in good stats. Salaries are different across the board for the same grade. Used to be a great place to work, now it's like you are just a number.

true empoweremnt but high turnover at senior leadership

      Business Outlook

      Pros

great opportunity to take an idea into a product. however, with the high turnover at senior leadership there is a constant reducation of products and services and less time focused on building succesful business units

      Cons

reduce senior management turnover rate. No point hiring if they will only stay for 6 months!
