Pros
Good salary and bonus. Easy work, little pressure. Good hours.
Cons
Some of the actuaries have a misconception of how important they are. Some are great, it's pretty much a 50-50 split. The company harps on about how much of a benevolent organisation it is but without buy in from all staff, that can't be the case. And there are plenty who don't buy into that vision.
