    Great team to work for. Very fun and energetic employees. Care about each other. Nice support system from managers when needed.

    Friendly colleagues and home time

    Cons

    Everything. The high expectations of work for minimum wage. No progression routes, management abusing their power/being lazy and delegating EVERYTHING. No one has a clue what they’re doing half the time. You will get depression working in here. No where and no one to go to/speak to or reach out for help for anything professional or personal, management dismiss everything. Overall a horrible place to work!

    Cons

    Management don't seem to understand that the proposed growth needs to be supported by more than just additional sales staff. It's as if they don't care about the back office teams, and only see value in sales staff.
