      None that I can think of

      Cons

      Every driver on different rates of pay and favouritism between planner and drivers. This has been highlighted so many time's and the won't replace Transport manager to fix the problem. Also 3am starts (for some)

      good times to start and finish

      Cons

      Bad management, messy place to work, health and safety very bad, very dusty environment to work, less or very few forklift trucks so your fighting over one and fist aid is non existent
