    stricter actions on bullying and harassment in the work place, stricter actions on those who do not care for people compassionately or correctly, careful selection of those recruited dont panic recruit the wrong people just to fill a space!

    Cons

    Supervisor did less work than the staff they are supposed to supervise. Sat around on their phones.

    Advice to Management

    A little animosity and bitterness between colleagues, especially when people that do not deserve to be promoted, are promoted, due to their connections. So management should reconsider how they handle promotions.

    Good Trust in general. They're trying.

    Cons

    Dependent on which hospital site or department depends on practices. HR is poor and varied. Bullying and manipulation tactics by Management.

    Advice to Management

    HR maybe needs outsourcing to keep it impartial. Work on bullying management is crucial.
