Pros

-Good snacks -You will learn a lot at a face pace, however this will be with almost no training, guidance, or company onboarding -Good benefits

Cons

To start off, this is an extremely right winged company promoting Trump and his politics. Only work here if you are passionately Republican. Further, in 2018 alone 4 employees out of 25 were fired without warning or cause. They will give you positive feedback, tell you you are eligible for a promotion, work you to the bone - then fire you without warning when the election season is over. Building on that, the pay may look decent - but you are expected to work overtime almost every day, and 80 hour work weeks in peak election season with no overtime pay ever. PTO and sick time are strongly discouraged, as is taking lunch. Even if you work for the company for 10 years you will never receive more than 10 days of PTO a year. If you are sick and need a day off, you are expected to work from home and this is the only instance where working from home is allowed. Half of the staff went to SDSU and was involved in Greek life. Those individuals include directors and other people in power. They form a clique, only promote their friends from college, and will not let you into that clique - forcing you to feel so exiled at work that you just want them to fire you. Those in the clique also receive special benefits. A prime example is a director who hired a younger sorority sister of hers, having that junior member braid the director’s hair in the director’s office during working hours.

Fake Culture- no work life balance

Pros

None that I know of.

Cons

The culture here is so phony you'll want to barf and coworkers will throw you under a bus. Major SOS (shiny object syndrome) here. Everything has to be done asap. You can't get anything done during office hours and most employees work late and into the night at home to get things done. Work life balance is nil if you want to keep your job here. Avoid avoid avoid.
