Pros
Amazing team, amazing owners that really care and would do anything for their employees. Great busy restaurant, awesome management team very smart and capable lots of expierience. managers also serve tables as well as other managerial tasks, so you take home cash tips at the end of the day. While most of your hourly goes to pay taxes at the end of the year, (single no kids). Great customer base, amazing chef, great employees.
Cons
Sometimes, criticism and discipline fall by the wayside or people that don't deserve formal discipline will get written up. managers have many responsibilities, and if not used to fast paced environments and multi tasking, you can get overwhelmed. Scheduling is still done on paper, with a monthly schedule so when a lot of people are switching shifts, it can be difficult to locate the employee responsible for the shift, Most printed resource material for staff is outdated, and/or incorrect or changed.

Food is good, it's easy to steal stuff. Short days.
Cons
Almost incestuous work environment, don't expect to have any privacy. I've never seen any bipoc working up front
