I have been working at Beam Global Spirits & Wine full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

great portfolio of products and brands, good compensation and perks relative to the industry, smart people with opportunities to move up or try new things

    Cons

lacking focus/do-everything mentality, high priority on short-term results without enough consideration on long-term impact, high turnover, somewhat political at the top, pending ownership changes means uncertainty
