    I worked at Beckman Coulter

    Pros

Great salary, excellent benefits over and above the 'normal' ones you'd expect from a large company e.g. 4% off at Tesco, Wickes etc etc etc

    Cons

Very very siloed teams, even those very closely related. Negative attitude to anyone suggesting solution oriented thinking, coupled with blind following of the 'problem solving process' to the detriment of actually solving the problems. Lots of favoritism.

    I worked at Beckman Coulter

    Pros

Good salary and overall compensation package

    Cons

Very poor management style and job/life balance. Lack of competence from the top. Transposition of the Toyota lean system is just inappropriate especially when you forget the human part of it without which it can't work... Advices or suggestions from competent specialists are not taken into account
