    Huge company that would have a hard time going bankrupt so you won't be thrown out of work

    Sucks the soul out of your body and turns you into a boring, heartless robot

    Advice to Management

    Let people have flexible hours and work from home. The same stuff gets done online anyway so it shouldn't matter where your body is sitting while you do the work

    I cant think of any pros . I thought really hard.

    Cons

    Don't pretend to be something you are not. Bell is a slow moving sloth of an incumbent Telecom Company. It is a Utility. It has no sales culture.

    Listen to staff; don't just be focused leaders and their fast talking ... it's killing morale when they use their teams as pawns and don't operate in good faith

    Proactive telecom company focused on people development and being the first telecom company in Canada

    Cons

    Customer perception needs to change to current service levels. Past bad experiences (10-14 yrs ago) are still over shadowing the great things this company is doing. (Service, product, shareholder value, community involvement, employee engagement)
