      Not a great company to work for

      Pros

      Unfortunately there are no pros to working at Benchmark.

      Cons

      This is a company run by family members in all the positions of power. It is not suitable for employees who are looking to advance in career. Employees are not treated respectfully and a lot is demanded of them with out benefit.

      Too much work for free

      Pros

      Good place to work as long as you stay under the radar. Fine as long as you don't have personal "Life" goals and only have Career goals.

      Cons

      As soon as the "boss" isn't happy with you, you life becomes hell. It's all Salary. No "mandatory" "Extra Time", but if you don't put in 200+ extra hours a year, your commitment will be questioned. Poor flexibility, moderate pay.

      The Company is well established with a good client base & is constantly growing to a more professional company

      Cons

      Working 24/7 with a minimal salary & no overtime. The ranking is based on nothing but personal relationships.
