Monday through Friday job. You don’t have to worry about coming in early or staying late.

Cons

Terrible pay. There is no room for movement within the company. The medical plan offered by the company is terrible and not affordable.

They do have great coworkers that is not part of the management group.

Cons

Management group lacks management skills. Owners have made a mistake putting a manger in place that has no clue of IT. Benefits are horrible, they claim that its one of the best in industry standard.. That would be a total lie.. Owners need to realize that they are losing quality employees due to the management team in place. Management needs to take a class on how to treat employees.. I have always said "If you don't have any trust on your employees then why have employees".
