We're sorry that you do not feel happy about working for us. We do work with thousands of workers each year, and sometimes issues can occur. Even if it is an extremely small minority, we are nevertheless keen to ensure everyone has a positive experience. However, we are human and things can go wrong. Which is why feedback is so important. Our Birmingham office is our newest office and we are extremely proud of how it is delivering for both candidates and clients. All of our consultants, past and present, have played a huge role in this, and we are grateful that you have recognised the positive investments we made into achieving this. Obviously as this is an anonymous review, it is difficult to know the individual situation. The manager is tasked with upholding the standards we expect as a business and we would always expect them to behave in a supportive and friendly way. We've not had any formal complaints, nor any negative comments via any exit interviews, so it is difficult for us to comment further, but if you would like us to address anything, please contact us.
