Pros
Interesting work and tasks, nice colleagues at the same level, rather nice office.
Cons
Very bad treatment of employees - no culture of discussion or feedback, no people leading culture and skills. I experienced mobbing and gaslighting from my superior. I was spelled out because I am not German, and because of hate against foreigners. And higher level bosses pretended they dont want to listen to what is going on inside the company. Very limited options for action, hundred permissions need to be asked. No clear vision of plan, old fashion thinking.
