I only worked there for 6 months. Was never given any tasks to to in my six months. No supervision and not leadership at all. Then, after 6 months, I was asked what I have done since I'd been there and reprimanded for not being assertive enough. I was then given a simple task to complete in 1 week. When I finished it, they said it was poor work and fired me on the spot. I was then taken to court from BVTI's lawyer and asked to pay back and return computer equipment I was never given. Very shady place, IMHO. Regret my decision to choose this company.

project manager can be uptight. lots of rules about being a contractor for a federal business. you are constantly reminded you are just a contractor. when bvti representatives come to the job site, they do not say hello to all employees. the job you are hired on for may only be for a year, then you can lose your job. but no one will tell you until you are walked out. No Long Term Growth.
