I have been working at Betfred full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible shifts, good if you like sports. (Mostly) friendly customers, staff are usually fun to work with.

    Cons

Long hours, boring. Work/life balance isn’t great. There are some good area teams but generally they’re quite callous and uncaring. Progression opportunities are non existent once you’re a shop manager.

Can accuse of thief with no proof and slanger your name to fellow employers. They can send you written communication accusing you of being medical unwell and suspending you for it without even verbally communicating with you first in any way.
