      Pros

Colleagues are the only positive thing I can think of. I can’t think of more to add to male up the 20 word minimum!

      Cons

Low pay, terrible hours, horrible and abusive customers, under staffed, under appreciated. Controlling management and Fred’s stupid face everywhere with that stupid smirk on his face that says ‘I really don’t care for my employees as long as I can keep exploiting the public to bring in the cash.’ Funny thing. Sometimes they force you to refuse to pay people out when they win large amounts. The whole place is built to scam people.

      Pros

I really can't think of any except some good customers and the odd decent member of staff, tips are okay I guess

      Cons

Low pay, unsociable hours, upper management are useless, staff get disciplinary's over petty non issues and something that is fine one day isn't the next. Area team will try and bully you into working from open to close and guilt trip and threaten disciplinary action you when you say no

      Pros

Nice customers/colleagues. Some very memorable moments and stories told by customers.

      Cons

Single manning, 14 hour shifts (by your self at times no break) low pay, low support, very strict protocalls which will end you up in the toilet for a little thing no matter how long you have worked there. Shop MUST be open, for the machines, no racing/football? The machines make the money, why would the staffs personal lives get in the way of that. With good customers comes an overwhelming amount of bad/smelly customers.
