Pros

I got hired rather quickly, they paid me right away in the first week.

Cons

Did 3 interviews where they basically asked the same questions. Low pay, 50K a year Disorganized, No proper meeting set up, like knowing what the meeting is about beforehand. No actual workspace You would have to bring your own laptop I was hired as a social media manager and it seemed like they wanted me to be a graphic designer. The founder literally assigned me to copy an entrepreneur's page to the tee. Personally, I don't copy people's work and I've never worked for someone that wants to do such a thing, I usually get shown things as a form of inspiration. I actually know how to do graphic design but because the pay was so poor, the founder also gave me bad vibes, and they just wanted me to copy another person's IG page I pretended to only know Canva. During meetings, the founder came off as condescending & always had an attitude The times the founder (Kaiser) was nice it came off as ingenuine, he was just being fake nice. We never had an actual lunch break, but the founder always ate. One time we were having a meeting and his food came and he just started eating his food during the meeting. Didn't ask if we have eaten, didn't offer, nothing. On my fourth day of me being there, the founder was talking negatively about me. Overall my experience there was wack, I started the job unmotivated, to be honest, I did not like the founder, I got really bad anxiety & bad vibes every time I was around him, happy that I'm not there.

Pros

Great environment, great employees and awesome memebers.

Cons

The Owner was so inappropriate and unprofessional never in my life have I met such an egotistical guy in my entire life! I FaceTime interviewed with the company two times before I met with Kaiser and both interviews went fantastic.. I met with Kaiser and at first he asked me standard interview questions and then he got into some weird stuff like “do I have a girlfriend” for example which wasn’t really any of his business but I went with it... after the interview he told me he was impressed with me and that he wanted to start me immediately. I went home and got changed and met with Kathy who is the Area Manager in the company. We had a great interaction and she was very nice and welcoming. The following day I got a call from Kaiser an hour before my shift telling me he was doing some thinking and he felt it wouldn’t be a good fit because I am too “corperate” for BBB. I urged him to meet me in person and discuss this with me as I felt this was a rather impulsive decision after meeting me only one time and hiring me in that one time. He met me and told me that he felt that way because of how I present myself (totally offensive) he said “with my hair slicked to the side and my tie and the way I spoke... he asked if I ever “turn it off”I said this is who I am and as a field manager I would assume you would want someone who is professional.. he told me he would give me a shot and let me train for the day but put me on a one week probationary period . . . Probation for what? Being a professional? Showing up presentable? Not saying “Yo Dawg” “what’s up” and dapping him on our interview? I am offended and the world needs to know that this guy isn’t fit to be a leader... He just called me five minutes ago and fired me again over the phone and said “he’s been thinking and he doesn’t want to waste ether of our time, he thinks I am not a good fit”

Pros

There are literally no pros. Maybe a free t-shirt.

Cons

Unprofessional. No paperwork. No structure. No training. No communication. No "onboarding process" as mentioned in-person. They'll ask you to come in for a couple of hours to watch someone handle their work load and occasionally talk to you for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Don't believe what you've "agreed" upon during the interview. Make sure you keep a record of everything that was said to you in-person, text and email. I would even go as far saying to make your own contracts. Don't pass up on interviews from other companies because you think this is going to be a real opportunity to work in digital marketing. Owner is unprofessional and has a short fuse. If you ask questions and give input he'll take it personal and give you an attitude for even questioning him. They're all over the place with how they do things. Very impromptu and random. I was let go in less than two weeks because they "over-budgeted" and "got ahead of themselves" when hiring for the role. Don't leave your day job for this mess.
