I recently worked under the supervision of the Director of Product Management at this company, and I must say my experience left much to be desired. While I appreciate the company's mission and goals, I believe that leadership plays a pivotal role in employee satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience with this director has been less than ideal. One of the major issues I encountered was the director's unprofessional behavior and the way they handled employees. It often felt like employees were treated more like "slaves" than valued members of the team. This created a toxic atmosphere that made it difficult to thrive in the workplace. Another concerning aspect was the company's leave policy, which I found to be the worst I've ever experienced. It was inflexible and did not take into consideration the personal needs of employees. This lack of understanding and flexibility added to the overall dissatisfaction within the team. Additionally, the work hours were incredibly random, which made it challenging to maintain any semblance of work-life balance. The unpredictability of the schedule created stress and hindered personal commitments outside of work.
