First and foremost, bad atmosphere. The company cares about buying newspaper articles and expensive artworks and not about the employees' wellbeing.
The company does not develop interesting tech but is an ML service firm.
The company does not promote people but hires outside people for new openings.
Most of the people in the R&D that had the ability to find another job quit. Others are looking for a place to go.
Every person that showed criticism to management was fired immediately.
All the impressive (usually inexperienced) titleholders in the administration are totally unconnected to the R&D people.
Extremely inexperienced top management.
