      Good company with broad industry segment engagement. Fast paced & there's always work to be done. Majority production focus is in iPark JB & China.

      Cons

      Owned by a PE firm. Frequent upheavals at management level. A company waiting for the right investor. Struggles with revenue growth.

      Probably the benefits is the pros here, other than that nothing else is worth being mentioned.

      Cons

      Micro managed boss, who likes to scream at you forever. No basic respect for staffs, always using our family members as samples (totally disrespectful).

      Process flow very messy Ppl working here not system minded Outdated as still using alot paper instead of go “E” Double/ triple standard for different industry part. Prod and quality not working well together. Higher management always interrupts the decisions made by QA dept. Verbal waiver is given out to release the appearance defective part. One man show, need to handle supplier, customer, Internal tooling manufacture FA.
