Pros
Very fast paced stamping shop. I worked there long ago and made a lot of money. You could work 75 hrs a week but not 40. OT was mandatory.
Cons
Had to work 60-70 hrs/week.

Pros
Some of the best people are employees at Bi-Link. These people at mid-management levels are helpful towards each other.These people still have loyalty, however it is diminishing. Pay rate is good for the industry.
Cons
Clueless top-management lacking ability to compete and have vision in the current manufacturing marketplace. Business has been going downhill for the last 12-18 months. Employees are treated as "equipment" and without proper respect. Management does not have the ability to recognize that not all of their decisions are correct and they lack the understanding to learn from when a decision is not sustainable to admit it and move on.
