    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Bigpoint full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Amazing colleagues that made suffering through everything that happened in the last 2 years worthwhile - A works council that prevented being screwed over by management

    Cons

    - Intransparent hierachies - Feeling of worthlessness - Multiple attempts to buy time and hope employees leave before paying out compensation - A "new" CEO that misunderstands 8 out of 10 questions and refuses to bring in translators - Higher-level managers that spread different "truths" in every studio

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Bigpoint full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

+ enthusiastic people... + decision making is often short and straightforward... + usually open-minded and good atmosphere in the teams + partly highly professional and clever people, which can and will help and teach a lot

    Cons

    - high short-term revenue pressure before sustainability - management fails, staff pays - work life balance often outbalanced - compensation & benefits are okay but comparably low to other game companies.... not to speak about other industries - incentivation is intransparent, unfairly shared and not depending on performance/commitment - a lot of empty promises (e.g. less to no investments in training and education)
