    Pros

The company culture is amazing - a real family feel! Really good training process before you start working for the company. Lots of opportunities to progress if you put the work in. Also very supportive management team that are always looking to help and offer support when needed. There are lots of perks such as money off food and drink, discounts on lots of local businesses and tasting and nights out with the team.

    Cons

    None I can think of.

    I worked at Bill's Restaurants full-time

    Pros

Good company to get fast paced casual dining experience

    Cons

New senior management are difficult and tend to micromanage. Only seem to communicate with a certain few people, and happy to get rid of anyone that doesn’t fit their new Bills vision.

I have been working at Bill's Restaurants part-time for more than a year

    Pros

There used to be some really great things about working for this company: Great discounts when eating off shift (still get free food when on shift) Bonuses Regular incentives Really competitive pay Emails from Directors for a doing good job Years' service acknowledgement Completely people focused

    Cons

Unfortunately the whole 'our people are important' stance has completely disappeared. Discounts have either been completely removed or seriously reduced (customers and staff), pay is not competitive anymore, workload has increased, unrealistic deadlines or tasks that are not relevant to certain sites are still expected to be completed. Instead of bonuses you get very short, almost rude emails on a regular basis but never a well done.
