Pros
It is an international company with fast paced challenges every day. Creative colleagues are always in every team and know how to focus on their tasks.
Cons
It has no corporate culture at all, most of the time you had to work like a robot not even been able to answer your cell phone or talk with a colleague. Learning and development opportunities do not exist. Employee rotation is very high.
