Pros
Great team, cool product, private insurance, keren ishtalmud. Many opportunities for professional growth and learning new things. Great management team.
Cons
Startup environment: for somebody is an advantage and for somebody is not. Many processes need to be set up from scratch. Often you need to combine different roles and perform different tasks that are not necessarily connected with your main job.
