Pros
There are many things going right with Biological Dynamics. But I think at the forefront of everything - as reflected in other reviews - is the technology. It is not often you work for a company that you feel could change the landscape of healthcare, and how and when we are able to detect cancers. For many people here, this mission goes beyond a job since cancer is a problem that has hit home for so many of us. From our technology comes other "Pros". There is a shared sense of passion and excitement for what we are doing. Our leadership has provided a streamlined vision for our goals and what we hope the future looks like. There is collaborative environment and a sense of equality - whether you are a Director or entry level Technician. Everybody is open to sharing ideas with an open door, and encouraging to success. Lastly, this is a company that cares about it's employees. The VP of HR and others on the leadership team have gone above and beyond to make sure employees feel appreciated. The company has implemented consistent annual reviews, monthly lunch and learns, competitive pay - which they've stayed competitive on even as market trends change, stocked breakroom, company outings and parties, annual bonuses, competitive benefits and 401K matches.
Cons
This is a company that's had it's growing pains. If you look at previous reviews, you can see that. But even just 2 years ago to where the company is now is night and day. Recent reviews have begun to reflect this and I look forward to seeing future reviews of this company.
