      Pros

      Great people to work with. The science is pioneering and for a good cause.

      Cons

      Almost every week some crazy drama was unfolding with upper management, causing constant shifts in roles/projects. There had been huge turnover because of this.

      - small, close-knit team - responsive leadership (wasn't always the case but things have improved alot this year with leadership change) - cool mission & science

      Cons

      - culture issues from the previous CEO have lingered, but new CEO is working hard to change that - ambitious goals and work, but pretty typical of a start-up. communication of strategy and goals has gotten alot better
