    I have been working at Birmingham City University part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    For the most part friendly staff, clean & pleasant work environment, good pay for student jobs, good sick-day (etc) agreements.

    Cons

    Some staff are hard to work with, uncooperative students can be frustrating, on-site food facilities can be expensive.

    High wage, friendly staff, interaction with different groups of students. My role also helped to deepen my understanding of the subject material I assisted tutoring.

    Cons

    Clunky timesheet submission system resulted in some late payments.
