    Pros

    For the most part friendly staff, clean & pleasant work environment, good pay for student jobs, good sick-day (etc) agreements.

    Cons

    Some staff are hard to work with, uncooperative students can be frustrating, on-site food facilities can be expensive.

    Pros

    Great people, great environment, a lot of staff really care about the students

    Cons

    Constant restructures means turnovernl is high, and hard to replace experienced staff who leave due to lack of appreciation of their hard work

    Get to make a difference to students. Help local students to rise above their background and get good jobs at the end.

    Cons

    Continual state of change. Expectation of long hours, without opportunities to take vacation. Hard work often done for nothing with teaching changed every year.
