I worked at Black Tomato full-time

    Pros

Travel, company events... career development if you spend your life bending over backwards working for them

    Cons

Nasty CEOs who only are in it for their own interests, bad and unfair treatment of staff, huge favouritism, no HR, fake people , expect you to stay behind and work late for free - don't care about your work/life balance... etc etc

I have been working at Black Tomato full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great culture, very friendly people and if you love travel then it's the ideal place to be

    Cons

Very vibrant office environment which on the odd occasion can be a little overwhelming but would rather it that way than be super quiet

I have been working at Black Tomato full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Really great start-up feel - lots of collaboration & team support - Founders very much involved in the running of the day-to-day business - Nice size with approx 100 employees - London and NYC offices - High value placed on work-life balance - flexi-working, working from home, travel perks, support for individual needs/circumstances

    Cons

    - Small size & start-up mentality means it's best for employees who enjoy trying their hand at a range of tasks & projects rather than those only interested in focusing on a very specific niche

    Pros

    Cool brand and nice co-workers

    Cons

They call themselves a tour operator but act more like a very big travel agent It's a cool brand but they sell the same stuff as everyone else They are deceptive about what they tell partners who pay to market to their clients
